During this chapter ,Fern’s dad made a wooden box for Wilbur to
stay in, the box was Wilbur’s bed. Fern actually put Wilbur in a
baby stroller. Fern loved Wilbur very, very much.
The goose told Wilbur that there was a board lose in the fence. So Wilbur went
though it and ran free. Mrs. Zuckerman got Homer and Lurvy to get him. They were
still nice to Wilbur.
It was the beginning of summer. One day the goose eggs hatched. There were 7
goslings. One egg was rotten so Templeton asked if he could have it. The goose
said yes.
Fern was telling her parents about the farm. Mrs. Arable is
worrying about Fern. Mrs. Arable is going to see Dr. Dorian.
Everybody went to sleep early and dreamed. Mrs. Zuckerman
gave Wilbur a buttermilk bath.
Wilbur won a medal and Mr. Zuckerman got 25$. Avery acted like a clown.
Charlotte and Wilbur were leaving the fair soon . Then there was a promise.
The promise was if Templeton got Charlotte’s egg sac for Wilbur, from now
on he can eat first when Lurvy brings slops. Everyone from the fair packed up
and Charlotte died.
Wilbur watched over the egg sac as it was his own. As the baby spiders hatched Wilbur
was very excited. Wilbur was very sad as the baby spiders left one by one.
