About Skills for Care
Skills for Care’s strategic role is to ensure that the
adult social care workforce has the attitudes, values,
skills and qualifications in the right place to deliver
high quality social care.
We work closely with the 40,600 organisations that
offer social care people who use services, carers and
with other key stakeholders to develop tools and
resources that meet the workforce development
needs of the sector, Skills for Care helps employers
build the skills of 1.6 million workers and plan for the
future.
