perspectives—tracking attendance, course grades, failure rates,

• Middle School—In place strategy calendar, partial
implementation of Classroom Diagnostic Tools, movement toward

• High School— Use of Classroom Diagnostic Tools, management of
multiple Keystone Exam windows– assessment calendar for 20132014
• 2013-2014 Will bring multiple calendars together in comprehensive
K-12 plan

occurred throughout the year using:
1. Treasures Implementation Guide and written scope and sequence
of skills
2. Middle School mapping of standards and PA standards and

3. High School mapping of standards and alignment to Keystone
Exams, and examination of PA standards and Common Core
crosswalks, joint curriculum writing days with middle school
