 Assemblage produced with old and insusual
varieties (Carignan, Syrah and Mourvedre).
ECLAT
Botrytis Semillón 2011
 Wine of European origin and tradition, unique in
its kind.
 Curicó Valley vineyards (close to the Andes
mountains).
 Complex wine, elegant, with a soft sweetness
expressing the New World Semillón, with the Old
World finesse.
 The “Chilean Sauternes” (Best Chilean Sweet
Wine).
 Only produced with specific weather conditions,
allowing Botrytis of Semillón.
