Connection distance
The wireless connection on the MAP Gateway allows
users to be up to 31 m (100 ft, line of sight) away indoors
and up to 91 m (300 ft, line of sight) away outdoors while
using a supported mobile device.
Power may be supplied via the Sensor/Actuator (SA) bus
or Field Controller (FC) Bus.

An SSL certificate, or secure
certificate, is a
file installed on a user's
mobile device or
computer that identifies the
MAP Gateway as
a trusted website. This
digital certificate
establishes the identity and
authenticity of
Johnson Controls as secure
and reliable.
Self-signed certificates are
created locally. They mean
that you vouch for the
identify of your web server.
