The exceptions to this are • effective treatment/effective engagement • waiting times Report Criteria: age Adults (18 or over) Report Criteria: Drug 1 Primary Drug NOT Alcohol Report Criteria: treated Must have a modality start date in the episode of treatment DAT of Residence (based Postcode must be in South West region on client postcode) South West Public Health Observatory Numbers in Effective Treatment Time 12 month period ending 3 months before the end of the current quarter to allow for clients starting treatment at the end of the period enough time to be effectively retained PDU PDU (Problematic Drug User)*: Primary Drug Opiate or Crack Cocaine * term PDU no longer in use. Now known as OCU (Opiate and crack cocaine user) All Adult All Adults: all clients, any Primary drug excluding Alcohol Excluded Clients stating Primary Drug Alcohol and Opiates or Crack Cocaine as Drug 2 or Drug 3 NOT included Included Clients in treatment (modality open) at any time in period. May have started prior to the period start.
