How I Got My Internship
•Got involved with AIAA and a design team my first year
•Attended mentor/mentee program with AIAA and other showcase prep
workshops
•Maintain atleast a 3.5GPA
•Talked to Harris at both Career Showcases with a custom-tailored
resume for them with some background knowledge of the company
•Applied online
•Attended both Info Sessions
•PERSISTENCE
•Received a phone call for a phone interview about a month after the
Spring Showcase and set up a time for a few days later
•Once called, the interview was ~5-10 minutes with basic questions about
coursework and projects I’ve worked on with some behavioral questions
•Called a week later and paperwork was requested
•Called a week after that and was told I was being offered the position
