Tom Smith (Oxford Consultants Social Inclusion) gave a presentation, and an idea was planted; in times of reduced resources, purchase the data packs so ……….. reducing officer data manipulation time. We were on the same page and the idea of an all encompassing national data store on Harrow website arose…..
