by developing an internet-based Learning Centre which
meets the needs of rural finance organisations and
advisers for staff development and training resources.

LSP’s Objective

To widen the coverage of EastAgri
a)geographically to poorer countries of central Asia,
particularly Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan,
Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
b)in terms of effectiveness in bringing financial
services to rural micro enterprises

The LSP decided one contribution would
be to make the CABFIN Rural Finance Learning
Centre available in Russian
