Program Planning for Pathfinders:
Junior Pathfinders (grades 5-8) program for grade 7.
Teen Pathfinders (grades 7-10) program for grade 9.
TLT Pathfinders (grades 9-12) program for grade 11.

• PF Teen Retreat, PF Teen Events (high-adventure)

Master Guide (Collegiates) program for young adults.

Use the TLT Manual as your curriculum
Establish a Conference TLT Council
Involve Conference PIAs as your instructors
Hold a Conf-sponsored TLT Convention
After one year, present a proposal to your
Conference Education Superintendent

In educational systems teachers must have
some type of teaching endorsement for an
educational program to be accredited.
(see TLT Manual pg. 14)
College degree in education or ministry
PF staff who have, or are enrolled in, the
Pathfinder Instructor’s Award or equivalent
Expert in the field of the subject being taught

The purpose of a Conference TLT Council to plan
and direct the TLT Ministry of the Conference.
(see TLT Manual pg. 9 sidebar)
Write a proposal to the Conference Pathfinder
Director requesting to form a TLT Council
Conference Pathfinder Director or Pathfinder
Executive Council to appoint a Conference-level
TLT Coordinator.
