“BUSH TELEGRAPH”

“BUSH TELEGRAPH” is Peters second solo album. Produced by Colin Gibson , it features Kirtley on guitar and vocals, joined by the superb keyboard and dynamic voice of Liane Carroll along with bassist Steve Lamb and drummer Greg Leppard the Album is a rare mix of Jazz, Blues, Soul, Rock and Folk. Amongst the tracks is an adaptation from “Ship of Death” by DH Lawrence named “IF THE GENTLE RAIN THAT FALLS” and “BIRD CHASE BIRD”co-written with Geordie poet Tom Pickard.

If you want to hear music that speaks of joy and pain of life, then you cannot afford to miss this. (Michael Gormley) His gentle impressive approach to songwriting should find a niche in the classy contemporary performer market as he offers the kind of well crafted compositions many a chartbuster would die for. (Steve Caseman,Rock and Reel.)
