Volunteer attrition at 5% across the 65 days - below forecast/plan
•
Visitor satisfaction survey - 99% levels of satisfaction in the information and service
provided.

Programme delivered within the budget
•
No major incidents or issues - 4 Ambassadors removed from the programme and
no Pod damage.
