THE PROJECT
PISCADERA HARBOUR VILLAGE is a residential-touristic
project developed on a plot of 16.000 m2 in the
spectacular Piscadera Bay sector just alongside the Hilton
Hotel at only about 100 meters from the crystalline bay of
Hook's Huts, with restaurant services, chairs, divingclasses, etc. It will have 40 apartments, 22 bungalows, a
pool area overlooking the bay, reception area for owners
and their guests, gym and business center. The set will be
managed under a Rental Pool system handled by an
international hotel operator; so that homeowners can
incorporate their units to be rented during the period that
are not used, and maximize the return of the investment.
In order to achieve this, the operator will use a marketing
system that includes direct bookings, online sales and
distribution through global travel agents and airline
networks. A special area of 4,000 m2 at only 15 meters
from the seaside has been reserved for shops and
restaurants.
Just 7 minutes away is Blue Bay; an 18-holes golf course
in a unique setting by the sea that offers a challenge to
players of all levels.
The hill-shaped plot has been taken by the Architect to
provide most of the units with a sensational view of the
bay and its natural enviroment.

BUNGALOWS
Twenty-two (22) units are being constructed
with terraces of 100 m² and 32 m². They will
consist of two (2) or three (3) rooms, two (2)
bathrooms, a complete kitchenette, living room,
terrace. Every unit will be able to make use of

APARTMENTS
Type 1: These units with a surface area of
approx. 80 m² each, are being constructed in 5
building, each with two stories (floors); Four (4)
buildings of eight (8) apartments each and one
(1) building of six (6) apartments will be divided

bathrooms, kitchenette, living room, terrace or
balcony with one parking lot.

Type 2: These apartments have a surface area

division of the type 1 apartments, but with the
living room section having a height which is
twice as much. The top floor consists of a

approximately 24 m² and a terrace of 33 m².

The condominium will have a pool area with
