Minimum Operating Requirement (MOR) •Governance • Safeguarding Children Young People and Vulnerable Adults •Sports Development •Education & Training •Communication Current Situation • Currently have 14 Branches • 5 Branches have achieved MOR • Target 3 additional Branches by March 2012 Examples of Good Practice • Forth Valley Disability Sport – Open recruitment for Chairperson. • Lothian Disability Sport – Fund Raising & Engaging with Clubs • Disability Sport Fife – Awards Evening Insurance • Branches require clubs to be compliant • Coaches/tutors to be qualified • Risk Assessments • Fund raising activities (Beware) • Activities related to Disability Sport covered Group Task What help does your Branch need to achieve the MOR ?
