How to apply
• Complete the Common Preference Form by 31
October 2011. This can be done on-line
• You must make CHS one of your 3 preferences
in order to be considered for a place
Admission arrangements
• Admission tests are scheduled for
Saturday 10 December 2011
• If your child is unwell on the day of the test
there is a reserve date. A child cannot sit
the test twice
• You will be informed of the offer of a place
on 1 March 2012

Changes to Admissions Code: parents will
know results of selection tests before
making applications to secondary schools
