 Why Do We Do Fundraising?
It costs about $700/per student per/school year to put them on the field and on the
stage during concert season
Student in Band Fees only covers less than half of the cost of running a topnotch band program. The other fees that must be paid vary by student
(uniform cost, Show shirts, Polos, shoe cost, solo/ensemble fee cost) only
those items that are specifically related to your individual student.
Other major expenses that must be covered by fundraising (approximately
$300 “fair share” per student) that benefit the band as a whole. These
include:






Marching Show – Drill writer, drill techs, props/flags, music arrangement
Music and Equipment
Bus/transportation to special contest
Leader camps/training
Scholarships
Master classes
