Industry Technical Conference in México, named as
PCIC México 2013, in its Mexico Edition it includes a

This option requires a written acceptance from Sponsor (accepting
explicitly that):
> Sponsor must reserve hotel room or suites for two nights for exhibition
> Sponsor must hire coffee break services to be served in room or suite for
attendees (for at least two evenings and during hospitality time)
> Any billing documentation for hotel services including: hotel room
reservations, coffee breaks, beverages, etc. are a responsibility between
sponsor and hosting hotel. The organizing committee is out of such
agreements.

At the moment a company commits for sponsorship, sponsors
will be displayed in the event’s website with a link to their own
website, and will be included in the event’s printed program.

Participation within the event is as a PCIC México 2013 sponsor
and will grant exclusive schedules and agreements according to
Organizing Committee. Products and/or services presentations
is a sponsor’s responsibility and hosting hotel, as well as hotel
room reservations, coffee breaks, and other services that
sponsor will offer during the hospitability.

Presentation’s Format Recommendations
The technology that a sponsor promotes may be
presented on one of three daily panels through
technical presentations.*
(depending of sponsorship)
• Presentations must fulfill the official format available at the
event’s website, Template shown on the right-hand side ---->
• All presentations must be sent as indicated on this Template
before July 1st.
• Presentations must be edited in PowerPoint format and uploaded
at the following link:

• Presentations not submitted prior to the deadline can not be
included in the technical memories CD, therefore, will be
excluded from ISBN.
Presentation´s Recommendations for PCIC México
PCIC México 2013, complies with PCIC® policies and
protocols, therefore, technical presentations can be
given during the day and logos or commercial
exhibitions are allowed during the evening.
PCIC’s objective is to provide an oportunity to
demonstrate a sponsor’s technology during
scheduled times.

In case that you will need to use videos in your
presentation, we suggest do not load them
