The emails request that the recipient provide or confirm personal

they're random; if you ever receive an email claiming to be from ING
DIRECT, and it appears to be fraudulent, it doesn't mean that the fraud
perpetrators have our entire Customer list and are specifically targeting you
and/or other ING DIRECT Customers - they're just randomly selecting
people and "phishing" for personal info.
