range of world class products and services :A skills benchmark for world-class performance
Benchmarks workforce skills to the industry Gold Standard. Identifies skills gaps and
opportunities for performance improvement. Provides employers with the confidence that any
training undertaken is fit-for-purpose, via the Skills Academy’s accredited provider network
Assessment System for Employer Training (ASET) to measure employer-delivered training
compared to the competence requirements expressed in the Gold Standard for a given role
The Skills Passport provides employers & employees with a user-friendly, online record
of their accredited and non accredited training & qualifications, creating a full skills
profile of the learner
Productivity & Competitiveness (PAC) – a tool box aimed at increasing efficiency through better
