for women at the management level in the
maritime industry.

WISTA shall be acknowledged as a professional and highly
reputable organization for women in shipping, focusing
on improving levels of competency in the maritime
industry.
Goal
To attract more women to the industry and support
women in management positions. With networking,
education and mentoring, WISTA empowers members'
competence and empowers them in their careers.
