As an HRO corporate partner, you may acquire access to the system by
clicking on the general Log In tab or the View Our Candidates button.

Enter your company-issued email address and your assigned passcode to access your
personal home page and the candidate search system.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be delivered to your Personal Home Page.
The Message Center is where you’ll receive responses to any Contact,
Reference or Interview requests you may have initiated with candidates.
Clicking on the Favorites link will reveal a roster of Candidate Profiles
that you may have saved for future reference of action.
Clicking on the Students link will take you to the main page of the
Candidate Search. Go ahead and click it now.

In order to perform a candidate
search, you must enter an
identification code for the
position you’re trying to fill.
This code may be one of your
own creation and include any
combination of numbers
or letters.
You may use the same code
for multiple searches.
The search codes you create
will be used to provide special
EEOC reports.

The Quick Search is designed to
provide results on searches
involving simple criteria
such as the candidate
School, Degree, Major, GPA
and/or Available Date.
If you already have a particular
candidate in mind, you can also
search for their specific profile
by entering their name.

The Advanced Search
allows you to select
multiple criteria
in each category by
clicking on those
items while pressing
the Control key.

The Advanced Search
also allows you to specify
additional candidate
qualifiers such as
Relocation Preferences
and Fields of Interest.

Once the Search button has been clicked, a search is executed and a roster of
suitable candidates is displayed. Clicking the header for a particular criterion
automatically sorts the roster according to that criterion.
To view a particular candidate profile, simply click on that candidate name.

Each candidate profile includes
all information that has been
provided by that student.

information and the HRO
communication system.

Clicking the Resume link opens
a separate window featuring a
pdf file of the candidate’s current
resume.

Clicking the References link opens a
new page that allows you to request
reference materials from specific
candidate contacts.

These files will be forwarded to you directly by the
candidate and may include letters of
recommendation, written testimonials or
simple contact information.

Clicking the Interview link opens a new page that allows you to request a webcam
interview with the candidate at a specific time and date.
These requests are forwarded to both the candidate and the school administrator
for the purpose of scheduling. Once arranged, you will receive a confirmation email.

Clicking the Contact link opens an email window
that allows you to forward a message to the
candidate, express your interest and/or
request additional information.
These email messages may be automatically
populated with standard text and include links to
screening questionnaires, online applications or
pages in your corporate website.

Clicking the Return To Search Results link
under the school photo returns you to
the roster of candidates generated
from your last search.
Clicking the New Search link returns you
to the primary search page and
eliminates the current roster
of candidates.

the school photo saves the candidate
profile to your personal home page
