- air-conditioners are in rows and not on the perimeter of the room, shortening air flow path
causes a reduction of mixing of hot and cold streams and lower power consumption
- hot air is captured directly from the IT equipment before mixing with colder ambient air giving
higher air conditioner efficiency
- modular design - easy to create a redundant N +1,
- this solution does not require raised floor for distributing of cold air
