4 melting furnaces and 2 holding furnaces with two DC Casting
machines capable of producing 300 tonnes per day of logs.
First to install Hot top casting facility from Loma, USA.
Computerized Spectrovac for analyzing liquid metal sample
instantaneously.
Ecologically friendly Nitrogen degassing system used instead of
harmful Chlorine gas.
Continuous TIBAL grain refining and ceramic foam filtration

Continuous online homogenizing process.
Ultrasonic testing of logs to detect cracks and porosity.

from stress relieving to final tempering.

It has established 12.04 MW Wind Power Mill
for meeting 100% of the companies energy
requirements and exporting excess power.
Earned carbon credit by adopting green

Replaced fossil fuel like diesel and furnace oil
with producer gas made from Bio fuel.
Established waste water treatment plant and
recycling the water for agricultural purposes
resulting in zero discharge.
