This number will show up on EACH QPR: *’This Period - Federal’ in Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source.” The sum of e. & j. will show up on EACH QPR: *’This Period - TOTAL’ in Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source” AND “Grant Total” at the bottom of Section B. “Outlays by Function.” The same holds true for the “cumulative” column.
This number will show up on EACH QPR: *’Budget Period Total to Date - Federal’ in Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source.” e. + j.

The numbers in Section A “Outlays by Fund Source - FEDERAL” come directly from the Financial Report SF-425 (line e.).
The “Grant Total” numbers in Section B “Outlays by Function” are the sum of “Total Outlays” + “Total SERC Outlays.” These numbers should also match the sum of lines e. + j. from the Financial Report SF 425 (see slide 4 for more info).
The number in Green comes directly from the Monthly Performance Report.
