Anti Algea AA40 With the introduction of Agfa’s AA 40, we offer you an economic, less consuming and efficiently working anti-algae solution. AA40 gives a guaranteed prevention of algae growing in the processor’s rinsing sections. This secures your production and helps you save time and costs. AA40 will replace our actual water stabiliser AD313 and AA40 is also the perfect substitute for Deltakemi’s “ Nautalgin”. AA40 can perfectly be connected to our AquaSave N water saver. Prescribed usage is 1 ml per liter or 40 ml per AquaSave N filling. Big advantage: No more algae in your water tank! Adding AA40 in a processor water tank is also possible by means of a special dosing device, the Agfa AA-Pump. Prescribed usage is 1 ml per liter, or a daily dosage of 30 ml. No extra units needed. Water consumption: 2 liters/min. (at max. capacity approx..3.5 l/m²) Anti-algae : if algae is a problem: empty the water tank every day or install a anti-algae dosing device for AA40 setting: 30ml/day Archivability : 30 years Benefits: water replenishment reduced to approx.. 60%(to other processors) fully automatic system - no maintenance. Only valuable when silver in the waste water is no problem. Non restricted archivability. 17 July 2015 R ecording abc Slide 2 Water treatment Possible set-up for water saving With Avantra OLP Set-up: water inlet connected to water supply. The water inlet of the fixer mixer is connected to the AquaSave N -The AgfaSolid mixer will automatically refill with water. Anti-algae is automatically dosed by the AquaSave N unit. (adjustable) - AquaSave N pumps constantly water in the processor water tank, the overflow runs back into the AquaSave . Water consumption: Positives : 400ml/m² (with 500ml fixer/m²) 50% densed: 250 ml/m²(with 300 ml fixer/m²) Negatives :100 ml/m² (with 125ml fixer/m²) (100 ml is the minimum) Anti-algae : automatically dosed at 40 ml AA40 in 40 litres. Archivability : 1 year Benefits: fully automatic system Water consumption 95% reduced no waste water, no algae in the water section 17 July 2015 R ecording abc Slide 4 Water treatment Possible set-up for water saving Set-up: With Agfaline OLP + AquaSave N + AgfaSolid mixer + SilverSave -water inlet of the AquaSave N unit is connected to the water supply.
