safety interventions that will progress the relevant outcomes in the Single Outcome
Agreement for Stirling

Structure
One of the 5 strategic partnerships of the CPP, reporting directly to the CPP
Executive Group
CSP has sub groups:

Alcohol and Drugs Partnership
Action for Change Partnership
Youth Partnership (incorporating Cashback)
Safer Communities Forum
Esafety Partnership

Delivery

SOA provides the strategic priority outcomes
Partnership identified local outcomes from that
‘Logic modelled’ effective interventions
Action Plan agreed

Action plan performance monitored via the COVALENT system



The future: 2013 onwards

Statement of Ambition for Community Planning
‘Effective community planning will drive the pace of service integration, increase the
focus on prevention and secure continuous improvement in public service delivery,
in order to achieve better outcomes for communities..
Community planning and SOAs will provide the foundation for effective partnership
working within which wider reform initiatives, such as the integration of health and
adult social care and the establishment of single police and fire services, will
happen..’
Outcomes for Stirling


Outcomes for Stirling is a process that will support community planning
partners to:
deliver positive outcomes for the people of Stirling
by



continuing to improve the community planning process
implementing the recommendations of the Christie Commission on the Reform of
Public Services
responding to the National Review and Statement of Ambition for Community
Planning
and

planning, producing and implementing a new Single Outcome Agreement for
Stirling
