DEVELOPMENTS
Borghar property is 30 kms
from Dighi port
The Dighi Port:The Konkan Railway Corporation Limited
(KRCL) and Balaji Infra Projects Ltd.
(BIPL) have signed a memorandum of
understanding (MoU) for developing a 45
km rail-link connecting Dighi port near
Chiplun in Maharashtra to the main
Konkan rail route. When the rail siding is
commissioned, Dighi Port will then have
access to the central, northern and
southern regions of Maharashtra.
Let us take a look at ‘Railway Siding’- This
is basically a short stretch of a rail track
that is used to store rolling stock or that
enables trains on the same line to pass.

SYNOPSIS
Good connectivity and accessibility due to the close proximity of the NH 17
and the proposed International Airport.
With Dighi Port being just 30 kms from the property and due to rail siding
from Dighi Port to Mangaon Railway station, trade activities around Mangaon
will increase which will simultaneously increase the land rates, thus benefiting
Nikash.
The Government clearance to develop a port based special economic zone for
multi products inclusive of a free trade warehousing zone at Dighi Port will
ensure appreciation in the property rates making Nikash a sound investment
opportunity.
