What the Web Portal does
• The ISA Agent Web Portal provides port agents with the ability to create a booking that gets electronically confirmed with the shipping line. • Once the booking is confirmed, the port agent can immediately submit bill of lading / shipping instructions using the previously entered booking information .
• Immediate Visibility to the Destination Port Agents • Additional functionality includes – – – – Booking and Shipping Instruction templates for easier routine entry Preloaded GBLOC data Tracking and Tracing of Containers Reporting Capabilities
Login Screen
• Each Port Agent will be provided with a user id and password
•
Dashboard
Upon login each user will have their own unique Dashboard which will recap pending bookings, confirmed bookings, and shipments in transit.
Integration Options
• If an agent does not have EDI capabilities we can provide Excel integration via a standard template. CDM will offer this interface free of charge.
• If an agent does have EDI capabilities and are using standard versions, CDM will also offer integration free of charge if shipment volume is more than 250 shipments per month.
Does My Work Process Change?
• • • • • • Port Agents can continue to call the Steamship Company and obtain booking numbers.
Shippers Instructions must be submitted via the web portal – you no longer need to gather and email documents to Pasha/NAS/MSO.
Templates can be created and saved which will ultimately save significant time, especially during peak season.
GBLOC address is preloaded in the Portal.
Gives Port Agents visibility to shipments coming inbound to them.
Reporting Functions are also available.
Presented by George Pasha IV & Marc Smet October 9, 2013
Code 3 was eliminated with the DP3 YR 5 cycle. Pasha commenced as the exclusive agent for ISA under the TPAFBO contract. At the urging of the International Shipping Association (ISA) a second agent was to be brought into the contract for the DP3 YR 6 cycle.
In July of 2013 Pasha International and North Atlantic Services formed SEACO Shipping S.A. (SEACO) to act as the exclusive agent for ISA for ocean transportation services to the Asia ports with the Trans-Pacific Flag Berth Operators (“TPAFBO”).
North Atlantic Services and Pasha International act as independent contractors to SEACO.
North Atlantic Services financial group provides all financial reporting services to SEACO and ensures that local tax and statutory matters are in compliance. Pasha personnel perform all registration, accounts receivable billing, collections and all customs clearance functions.
Seaco Shipping, S.A. is required to provide a performance bond in the amount of $2,000,000.00.
Credit Risk- At any given time the total credit risk to Seaco can reach between $5-6 Million dollars.
