Mark scheme rules
Provide the specific rules and procedures for granting the
license to a manufacturer to use the Keymark on his product
List the CEN/CENELEC standards applicable to the product
List the organisations empowered to grant the license
Granting of licenses is bases on independent type testing,
quality assurance of the production and periodic testing of
samples by accredited laboratory
