Course registration for exchange students

• Your Learning Agreement is the registration for the courses.

• The ISP is the registration for the courses at the K.U.Leuven

• Deadline for registration: beginning of October. • Hand in at faculty administration • NO Changes after the 12th of October

Individual Study Programme (ISP)

Compose your Individual Study Programme by: • • • Flagging the check boxes of the desired courses If needed, apply for exemptions or credits If needed, apply for an exchange programme Deadlines overview: ISP opens at 1th of September and closes at 12th of October. Changes can be made in the second semester from February 13th till February 29th.

Examination Schedule

The K.U.Leuven is implementing the advanced exam schedule. This means that at the start of the academic year, when you fill in your Individual Study Programme (ISP), you will know when you will have to do the exams of the courses you have selected.

The examination schedule is linked to your ISP. You will not be able to submit your ISP without registration of the examination data.
