INTRODUCTION:
 GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is a British

multinational pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccines
and consumer healthcare company headquartered in
London, United Kingdom.
It is the world's fourth-largest pharmaceutical
company measured by 2009 prescription drug sales .
It was established in 2000 .
It also has a large consumer healthcare division .
It is the fifth-largest company listed on the London
Stock Exchange.
OBJECTIVE
 GSK currently offers employees of particular grades
eligibility to participate in the following Long Term
Incentive Plans (LTIP’s):
 Share Options, with a 10 year lifespan.
 Performance Share Plan (PSP), with a three (3) year
lifespan.
 Share Value Plan (SVP), with a three (3) year
lifespan.
