Attendance
• Absence from school or school activities :
(1) A medical certificate or
(2) Letter of excuse from parents / guardians
must be presented to the Form-teachers when the
student reports back to school
• Please call the school at 67671070 ext 200/201, by
8am, to inform our staff if your child / ward is unwell.
• A student whose attendance falls below 75% may be
barred from taking promotional exams.

- Students have to be seated in Parade Square by
7.25 am.
- On Tuesdays they have to be seated by 8.25 am.

classes unless there is valid reason for coming late.

attend lessons. FAIR conduct may be given.
– Parents will be asked to take them home to redye their hair.

guidelines will be sent for a haircut by a barber

issued warning letters and be given POOR

Handphones and electronic gadgets
• Students are allowed to bring handphones or
electronic gadgets to school.
– However, these items cannot be used during lesson
and CCA time.
– They will be confiscated if student does not comply
with the rule.
• All confiscated items will be handed over to
the respective Level Mentors for safekeeping
– 1st offence : 1 month confiscation
– 2nd offence : Confiscated till end of the year
Handphones and electronic gadgets
• Bringing these items to school is the student’s
choice and it is his/her responsibility to look
after them.
