Call for an appointment to receive the Tdap
immunization required before entering the 7th
grade. If a parent does not have the funds for
the immunization the Health department will
waive the fee. You will need to take a current
copy of your child's immunization with you.
Please call as soon as possible because
appointment times fill up quickly.
