What is TMS?
• PROACTIVE – Utilizing the concept of convergence and our
unique TMS system, we can automate fault reporting as soon as
any item encounters a problem, using emails and our unique
“Hotlist” (with a dedicated staff member manning it).
• REACTIVE – The ability to remotely manipulate hardware allows
us immediate access to the hardware, thus reducing response
time. Should our trained/certified Service technicians need to be
dispatched, they will have a better idea of fault resolution. In
certain rooms you will also have immediate access to our staff via
telephonic, email, video or even from your touch panel.
What is TMS?
• GUARANTEED & MEASURABLE – Our SLA is included in the
monthly figure. We can set this up to include hardware, response
times and various other requirements. There will be measurable
requirements and we can even guarantee these with penalty
clauses. This can all be discussed in our set monthly meetings.
We are extremely confident that we can perform these duties, so
much so, that we are willing to back this up with guaranteed
uptime on equipment and a cast iron SLA to boot. These
performance guarantees have penalty clauses built in order to
protect you, the customer, and keep us on our toes.
What is TMS?
• REPORTING – Our proprietary system allows us to generate
reports at the touch of a button. You can get regular feedback on
usage, faults and resolution time. This is fantastic for return on
investment calculations and SLA enforcement.
• SCHEDULE ETC – Our system is extremely powerful. We can offer
the ability (amongst others) to schedule the room (via Outlook),
automate the booking so that the room starts up (lighting on,
projector started and even dialing out of VC unit) or even setting
up the solution so that the room shuts down automatically for
energy saving etc.
