Advantage
Use collective impact as a foundational model for the work of the Coalition and the change that must take place in Nova Scotia.
Foster start-up ecosystems through effective interventions that begin early and continue throughout the lifecycle of a developing entrepreneur.
Work to bring Brilliant Labs to Nova Scotia to encourage early development of entrepreneurial skills.
Endorse Volta expansion to incubate more start-ups.
Encourage multi-sector mobilization to create an Ocean Sciences Innovation Centre in Dartmouth at the former Coast Guard Base.
