What is an ERP ?
• An ERP is an integrated software which enhance the business process.
• It is used to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many
business activities.

Background
• Proficient ERPs are very expensive and unaffordable for most of the
universities in Pakistan.
• ERP implemented in IBA ease the work load of administration as well
as students.
• This gave us an idea of implementing ERP in other universities of
Pakistan.

• We plan to implement Audio/Video conference with text, screen and
file sharing among class.
• We also plan to introduce a One Card System.
• A person’s card (student, teacher, employee etc.) will perform all the activities
of that person.

• We are planning to reside it on cloud from amazon.
