Portfolio Headlines
 The Programme Management Office function is under review, and it is noted that the PMO Portfolio Report informs the Board of the monthly progress of
the Trust’s key programmes in line with the monthly programme reports, but does not assure them. The Assurance for each programme sits with the
relevant Executive Director, or the Programme Director of the major redevelopment programmes.
 HDD1 Dry Run has taken place and feedback from internal auditors will inform next stage of process and staff engagement.

St. Bernard’s Redevelopment Programme

The clinical lead to manage the relationship and work with local
services is now in post. Further work on design is progressing.

Broadmoor Redevelopment Programme
Multiple projects progressing, including re-design of community and
in-patient services, enabling works, new business.
Dates for OBC and enabling works decision by DH have slipped
once again, now expected April/May 2012.
