Submission
• Application forms, guidelines and evaluation form can be
accessed from website www.tilitonsefund.org .
• A CD containing the same is also provided
• Concept Note submitted must include
• Proposal cover sheet
• Completed Concept Note application form
• Also include; registration certificate, organizational structure and list
of Board members.
• *applications will be subjected to administrative check. Failure to
comply, Concept Note will not be considered for review.
