Ideas are vetted by Idea Revive Committee – a cross
functional team made up of various representatives from all

All eligible idea submitters will be entered into a $250 monthly drawing
Ideas approved by the Committee will generate an additional $100 reward
All idea submitters will receive an acknowledgement letter from CEO

Review all idea submissions to determine idea feasibility and
make recommendations for idea consideration and
implementation
– IRC will contact the Directors/Managers who will be
impacted by the ideas in order to solicit their feedback and
approval
The IRC will forward idea approval recommendations
to Senior Management affected by the idea within a
reasonable timeframe
