TECHNOLOGY Termoforming Thermoforming consists in thermal and pressure forming of packages from film. Execution of orders implemented in this technology is very fast and efficient. TECHNOLOGY Pre-print Applying print on the film before forming the package with the method of flexoprint. High-volume printing technique (e.g. for container lids) combining low costs with very high print quality TECHNOLOGY Injection Forming packages with the injection method gives us a product of the highest quality, both in aesthetic terms and with excellent mechanical features TECHNOLOGY Tampoprint It enables to apply a lot of text on a relatively small surface (e.g. descriptions, raw material compositions, etc.). Printing with the tampoprint method consists in direct application of a text on a package, which definitely reduces production costs, leaving texts, trademarks and bar codes very visible. TECHNOLOGY Labelling Labelling of packages gives us a possibility of flexible reaction to changing needs of the Customer. It allows quick change in the product range, without sustaining additional costs, being, at the same time, time-saving. TECHNOLOGY IML-In Mould Labelling By labelling with the IML method, we obtain a product of the highest quality in aesthetic terms, with excellent print quality. In this technology, there is also a possibility of fast change of the product range, which allows to react flexibly to changing Customer needs. TECHNOLOGY Production of PS film In 2006, we launched production of polystyrene film. The film is produced with extrusion method on a double-worm extruder, which ensures high homogenization of the raw material. Each year, we produce ca. 1000 T. Launching our own extrusion department allows quicker execution of the customer’s orders and quick conduct of tests of new packages. LOGISTICS Quick execution of orders, even within 24h upon receipt of the order. The product is monitored in all production phases, from the moment of placing the order until the moment of delivery.
