January - beginning of March. The issue

Outplacement is the support service for dismissed and reduced
personnel. Standard duration of the program is 12 weeks.
The duration of the first stage is 2-4 weeks, of the second stage –
6-8 weeks. At the end of each stage the customer receives a report
on the work done.
For customers this is a possibility to apply a sparing method of personnel dismissing
owing to observation of ethical standards in relationship with personnel, granting help
for dismissed in finding a new job, prevention of dramatic labor productivity decrease
of personnel remained, retaining company's positive image as of a socially responsible

The cost of the service depends on the number of employees involved in the
outplacement program.

carried out according to the plan
confirmed by the client and fixed by

Payment for the rendered service
The client starts to pay for the hours worked of the
involved managers since the moment of their input in

analysis providing creation of the plan of necessary
actions for realization of the interim-project.
Calculation is made weekly on the basis of the signed
certificate of the accepted works, dated last day
works of the expert’s last week.
Cost of the hour rate is influenced by the level of
functional responsibility and qualification of the
involved expert. On the average the total sum is $60/hour.
