building and a maximum building height of

Recommendation 2:
APPROVE application to rezone 396 & 410
Plains Rd. E. and 980 & 986 Falcon Blvd.
from “MXG” and “R2.1” to “MXG-430”
INSTRUCT staff to prepare amending zoning
by-law upon execution of Residential
Development Agreement including conditions
in Appendix III and payment of rezoning
variable fees
