are my students
performing overall?

areas do I need to
address more in my
teaching?
• Item Analysis – What
specific question types
are causing students
difficulties?
Data Analysis
Action Plan
• Develop better strategies for math teachers
working with ELLs
– GWAEA ELL math training in Dec.
– ICLC: four math teachers of ELL attended and
shared best practices with building
• Academic Vocabulary
– ELL-wide adoption of Kate Kinsella method
– Professional development for all teachers to
support academic vocabulary in January
