What is PRATIBIMB?
Pratibimb is a word taken from the Hindustani Dictionary which
means
“a mirror image” or “ reflection”
Our role in this process is that of a speaking mirror which highlights
both, your strengths as well as areas of improvement. However it
does not end here, we believe in empowering individuals to continue
this process of reflections and growth thereafter.

Our Philosophy
We believe that:
 Every individual or organization has tremendous potential- some
of which is consciously used and some gets wasted due to
ignorance. Our mission is to create awareness of this untapped
potential, such that, it is channelized to access and create a new
paradigm of success.
 Learning is a transformative process when an individual is
mobilized from within; such mobilization is facilitated by
experiential learning – through experiencing oneself, sharing
experiences, reflecting on strengths and reworking on
weaknesses.
