Maxim Health Systems, a division of Maxim Healthcare Services, offers a
broad range of immunization and wellness services to individuals and
organizations across the nation. Since 1996 we have excelled rapidly in our
industry by building solid relationships with our clients and placing a strong
emphasis on customer service.

Together with Maxim Healthcare Services, we currently have more than 300
branch locations across the nation. (12 in TX) All branch locations are
corporately managed and operated, with established policies and
procedures. We proudly employ more than 60,000 healthcare
professionals to meet the needs of our clients.

Maxim Health Systems offers a full line of competitively priced wellness
services to corporations, colleges/universities, retailers, and other clients.
We provide a variety of services, including immunizations, health screenings,
and health fairs. In 2009, we conducted over 30,000 flu clinics and more
than 11,000 wellness clinics nationwide. At last count we were providing
some level of service for more than 170 Fortune 500 companies.
Account Support
•
Account Executive - I will serve as the Account Executive in charge of the
accounts. I will have overall management responsibilities for
implementation and daily functions of the clinics. I live in the Dallas area
and cover the state of TX as my territory.
•
Coordination Team – I have at my disposal a local and regional team of
leaders and representatives from our company. We will effectively
coordinate to ensure that all aspects of your programs operate seamlessly
and efficiently.
•
Branch Offices – One of the benefits of selecting Maxim is our local branch
office presence. Maxim has 12 branch offices in TX that we will use to
staff nurses, set up the clinics, and provide all necessary equipment and
supplies.

Customized Scheduling of Clinics: Maxim creates immunization and wellness
schedules with input and final approval from our clients to meet their individual needs.
Multiple clinics can be arranged for each location. Times and dates are arranged to
provide maximum convenience for our clients.

Customer Service: Maxim prides itself on customer service. Our clients are assigned
an Account Executive for every program. This gives our customers one point of
contact for a quick response to any need.
•
Coverage Area/No Subcontracting: Maxim’s local presence allows us to cover all of
your locations while still staffing only our employees. Each Maxim nurse completes a
standardized training including videos, manuals, informational seminars, and testing.
With 13 branch locations across the state of TX, we utilize our own nurses to perform
our immunization and wellness programs. When you work with Maxim, you work with

Turnkey Program: Maxim provides all of the necessary resources to ensure a
successful clinic. We supply everything from pre-clinic marketing materials to end of
clinic waste removal. Our wellness programs are hassle free, with strong emphasis on
quality.

Local Account Management: I will serve as your Account Executive. We will work
together towards achieving a successful management of the wellness program.
Maxim’s Clinical Team
•
Eric Sweeney, RN, BSN, National Director of Clinical Services is responsible for
overseeing all clinical operations.
•
Each Maxim office has a Director of Clinical Services, a Registered Nurse who
oversees the hiring, training, and education of all clinical staff.
•
Each nurse working for Maxim is a W-2 employee of Maxim Healthcare Services.
•
Maxim’s clinical team has developed detailed training videos for each screening that
all of our nurses must watch prior to working at a wellness event. We also hold inservice instructions throughout the year.
•
Prior to the start of every clinic, Maxim’s nurses must be able to:

Correctly operate the wellness equipment and have extensive knowledge of finger-stick
blood draw procedures.
Troubleshoot machines.
Pass competency tests on each screening.
Understand and explain services being provided.
Be personable and provide outstanding customer service.
Have a history of successful experience working for Maxim (preferred).
Be able to provide clinical feed back to each recipient based upon their results. NURSES
WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY DIAGNOSES.
Flu Vaccination Services
•
Maxim is the nation’s leading flu shot provider, having immunized
more than 2.6 million people in 2009.

Employee Coupon Access Program
• Maxim’s coupon program gives employees who are not
able to attend an on-site event an opportunity to still get
vaccinated at one of Maxim’s thousands of public flu clinics
listed on www.FindaFluShot.com.
• Coupons are available online, allowing employees to print
them from their desks.
• This program is a great alternative for companies that want
to include all employees in their flu shot program.
Online Sign-Up Tool
• Maxim utilizes PickATime for our online scheduling system.
• This system allows for reminder e-mails as well as for
scheduling capabilities.
• PickATime is compatible with Outlook.
