● PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Alsaad General Contracting is a company that meets its objectives by undertaking multiple projects and by completing
them successfully. Alsaad uses an enterprise wide project management approach in order to control its projects
activities, quality, safety and customer relations.
● ENGINEERING
Alsaad has a professional team of engineers and designers. They provide conceptual shop drawings for the proposals
stage and as built drawings for the construction stage.
● PROCUREMENT
The procurement team secures according to specifications the required highest quality materials, supplies, equipment
and services, for projects, as and when needed at the most economically favorable terms. They coordinate all logistics
needed to enable ordered items a prompt delivery to meet project schedules.
● CONSTRUCTION
Alsaad’s proficiency in construction is demonstrated by the successful completion of numerous complex projects on
time and to the required specifications. Since its inception, Alsaad has diversified its field of operations and became
much more sophisticated. This has enabled it to gain new skills and expertise.
● RESOURCES
Alsaad's vast resources of Manpower, Plant & Equipment, in construction, coupled with its single point responsibility
