There is a gap between the content provided and content wanted by experts in the field. 2. Learning: Create user attractor tools, platforms and socio- technical processes that encourage a self-managed ,evolving and sustainable ecosystem of content users and creators. Search tools for automated assistance to Digital Content Management in Hindi and other local languages for the backend operation of Kissan Response and Village Knowledge Centers.
