Action Plan for the Approximation • Action plan includes laws: recommended by the European Partnership priority in the process of harmonization (fulfillment of the obligations which will be assumed after the signing of the SAA) transferred from the Action plan for previous year 7/17/2015 9 1. Action Plan for the Approximation • Action plan contains: the table of laws which are to be adopted explanations of the need for their drafting (identifies directives to be transposed by a proposal) competent authorities time frames in which the Government shall establish the law proposals persons directly responsible for drafting of particular proposal 7/17/2015 10 2.
