• TBG17 and UBL agreed on the following press release:
UN/CEFACT and the OASIS UBL Committee are pleased to announce that
they have reached agreement on the process which will be followed for the
harmonization of the Universal Business Language (UBL) Library and the
UN/CEFACT Core Component Library. Work to harmonize and ‘align’ these
two libraries is underway and expected to be completed in 2008.

• Agreed with TBG17 to use and develop the hierarchy of
Process Areas of the Buy-Ship-Pay model to provide BP
„Context“ for core components.

• Requirements Model produced through the recent work groups will
be made available as a working document on the TBG6 website.
Project editors: Michel Entat and Kevin Smith
• Other stakeholder’s groups have been invited to contribute, such as
TBG 5 for payment process and TBG 19 for specific public issues.
Invitations were open until mid June 2007.
• Contact will be maintained with TBG 14 and MRI to ensure
compliance with the UMM and to assist the improvement of the
production process.
