As per SEBI’s KYC Registration Agency Regulation, 2011 it is mandatory for KYC
Registration Agencies (KRAs) :- Stock Brokers through Stock Exchanges, Depository
Participants (DPs) through Depositories, Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Managers (PMs),
Venture Capital Funds (VCFs), Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and Association of
Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) to get register with KRA.
Our new product named Global-eKRA fulfill above requirements. It is compatible
with both SEBI registered KRAs CDSL Ventures Ltd (CVL), NSDL Database Management Ltd.
(NDML) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). With KRA details, Global-eKRA also provides the
facility of UCI /Account Opening entry from single place for multiple segments and
exchanges.
